Meeting and Gold Cup Banquet will be held at:

Holiday Inn / Portland Airport

November 19th: Hospitality Room 7pm till ?
November 20th: Meeting 9am-5pm followed by the Banquet
November 21st: Meeting 9am-Noon

Rate: Single/Double/Triples $65.00 plus 9% tax
(you will need to make your own room reservations)

Banquet: Teriyaki Chicken and Roast Pork Loin
Garden Salad and Pasta Salad
Fresh Fruit
Rosemary Roasted Potatoes
Vegetable Medley
Rolls and Butter
Chocolate & Carrot Cake
Coffee, Tea, Iced Tea & Milk

We will be having a buffet style dinner that will be open for two hours.

Cost: Children 12 and under $14.00; Adults $20.00
